I was stunned by this very sad news. My most vivid memories of Ron Dickson are of playing @ recess w him in elementary school. Fun times @ Canyon Rim.  I have known Ron Dickson for most of my life, and  always enjoyed his humor and kindness. My deepest condolences to his family. It sounds like his adult life was full of  adventure and  people that loved him.

Ron and I grew up just two houses away from each other. He was so much fun to hang out with--and all the girls adored Ron. :)  As adults, we once again were neighbors, and our children went to school together. Everyone, young and old, loved Ron. All my deepest sympathies and love to Patrice and Ron's family.

I am shocked this morning to see these posts. I grew up in the same LDS Ward as Ron and spent hundreds of hours camping, playing ball, and sharing our lives. I still live in the neighborhood and cannot understand how I did not hear about Ron's passing. He was a great man, a great father, and much more a great son who has spent endless hours caring for his aging parents - a great example to us all. He is greatly missed. To Patrice and the kids I send my love and condolences. I am so sorry I did not hear about it earlier.

I too am saddened by Ron's passing last November.  I remember his warm smile and kind nature as if it were yesterday.  He was a friend to all and certainly added to the value and friendship of our graduating class.  My deep sympathies to Patrice and the Dickson family.  Sincerely, Alan Tingey
