Hi Bryson, I'm 71 now and this is the first time I've searched through this Class of 72 website. I'm making it a senior memory exercise. I have 100% positive memories of you. You were my first high school locker partner but I was organically, socially stunted and we hardly even talked. We both have lived locally our whole lives and I have followed and admired your career developing real estate, humanitarianism and in politics for the last 40 years. I believe the only time we have talked at length since high school is when we ran into each other at Harvard. That's unfortunate for me because I really like and enjoy you personally, so much so that when I humbly brag about successful people I know, I mention you. If you ever see this comment before you die, I hope you smile.

Hi Tom, It's 2026 and we are 72 years old now. Here's a rare photo of you in 1963 as an 9 year old cub scout (Scottish Tom on far left). This is Den 7 of the Holladay 15th ward, representing our ancestors in the unfinished basement of Den Mother Marlene Jensen. FYI, In 2026, Marlene is still alive at 91 years old. I hope you see this before you die and it makes you smile. I still remember the names of all those cubs, do you?

Hi Kerry, We are 72 years old now I still have fond memories of you. We attended the same schools all the way through high school. Here is a photo of us in 4th grade. You stick out with the most glorious smile of all in Mrs. Sorensen's class. I'm the kid behind you with the giant head. This is the first time I have gone through this Skyline website as a memory exercise. If you happen to see this before you die, I hope it brings another smile.

Happy Birthday Susan. I am so glad I finally read your updates (better late than never). You always were so nice to me at Skyline and I remember very well the 'kidding around' we managed to create. I am impressed with what you have achieved, most importantly your beautiful family and list of accomplishments! Health concerns always are challenging but keep hanging in there.😬 Best wishes to you and your family. Dave

My beautiful daughter Lisa, passed away on January 3, 2025. She fought hard to stay but her heart was too damaged. Her father, Jim Steorts left this world in 2012. She's with her dad now.

Dave, I add my thanks to you for keeping this website — and our community — going. I happily donated once again and you can count on me to continue to do so in the years ahead. While I live in the Chicago area, I was in SLC this past week. I saw the changes going on to the campus. Boy, it sure will look different. But our memories that happened there won’t change! It’s a touchstone of life for all of us. Thanks again.

Hi Leslie, What in the world are you doing in Ohio. I hope you love it back there. Are you still there? Are you still working or have you retired? I retired years ago. I had back surgery and it didn't go well. I ended up with a congnitive brain injury and was forced into medical retirement. I am now Substitute teaching. I remember you and Susan asking me if I had a crush on Susan and of course I couldn't confess but of course I did. That was at Upland Terrace Elem. (6th grade) It had to be 6th grade because that is the only year we went to Upland Terrace. I remember you two were always together. I hope you're still in touch with her. I hope you are doing well you deserve it, being a nurse is an awesome job you have helped so many people. I have met my share of nurses and they have been great. Did you specialize in any particular field in Nursing? Enjoy the spring and summer and take care of yourself. Dave F

Sorry I missed the exact day but Happy Belated Birthday. I hope it was a wonderful day! I remember some of the great times we had in the ward we were in and HT your home with my dad. Your family was a great example to my dad. He quit smoking and later in life became active in the church and was married to a lady that he convertrd and the were married in the temple! Your mom and my mom were friends , I remember my mom telling me when they owuld meet each other in the grocery store. I imagine you are still living in the same house. I pass it once in awhile and wonder if you and your husband are still there. Well thats enough, Again happy belated BDay! Sincerely Dave F
